TN 1099 How to

I got my TN and I m supposed to work on 1099, what to do next, company doesn't much either , when should I file 1099 or any other doc, what agreement should we sign

It sounds like I can just get checks now and later file 1099 ?

1099 will be filed by the firm, presumably at year end, and you will get a copy.

You use this to do your taxes.

So right now I can get checks ? We have a verbal agreement , other then that nothing signed , are we supposed to file anything I mean is that required?

yes that means no agreement or document to be filed as a TN holder, I can just get paychecks as I have work authorisation now and what about quarterly documents to do, any guide on that?

If you will owe taxes at tyear end to the IRS and to the state, you had better be paying some up front, or you will be penalized for late payment.

These are called estimated tax payments.

as 1099 er on TN, what are the minimum requirements , documents etc to file?
Well obviously they wont pay any of my taxes so I will be paying them all, thats what I heard quarterly estimated filings, when is next one due, any guide on those?
