My parents are Canadian Citizens while I live in US. Can they live in US with me for 6 months, go back to canada for a month to visit family and then come back to US for 6 months? Is that doable or you can't stay in US for such a long period of time

Thanks for your reply. So, what you are saying is I can stay in US for 6 months, come back to canada for a few days and go back to US for another 6 months?....If thats the case, I could be staying for as long as 11 months in US in a year and 1 month in Canada......wouldn't US Immigration have a prob...

What is the max amount time canadian snow birds who are only canadian citizens(not dual citizens) allowed to stay in US ?.....How does the US Immigration verify their entry?......is there any way I can get a timeshare home in canada for 6 months ?

What if I bought a house for them and paid the mortgage + property taxes....could I claim the mortgage interest + property taxes as itemized deductions in my US taxes (assuming I live in the US).......If yes, does that mean I cannot claim their standard deductions (3200 x 2) ?
