Alright thanks a bunch Nelsona, so im just going to file 1040x with the same info and just add the rrsp 8891 forms attached to it. In the explanation box, should i just say i forgot to include them? I don't want them to come after me so i want to be cautious in what i say. The truth is i had no clue...

So basically with this return, attach 8891s covering previous tax years? The rrsps i had then i still have now so if i declare all of them this year, does that mean i still have to backfile or once i declare them all and elect to defer my tax it covers previous years. Nelsona, i did do various searc...

Can i fill out 8891s to cover those tax years? Lets say fill out an 8891 with the year ending 2007, 2008 and 2009? I wanna declare ...

Filling out Form TD F 90-22.1 for the first time?
I have been living in Montreal since 2004 and have filed a US return every year here except for 2005 when i didn't make enough to file. Anyway i never filled out this form before. Im a bit confused here. I have about 2300 in Medical expenses i would like to claim including Private plan premiums my wife pays every 2 weeks. However in Quebec on my wifes Box J on her Releve-1 the employer paid 2,011 in premiums while my wife paid the same out of her pocket in her paychecks. Appa...

Yeah i used the foreign earned income credit, i think its on the first 85,300 that is nontaxable. I just hope they recieved my tax return, i don't want any problems down the road. I checked the IRS site and punched in the numbers for the rebate and it can't find it, saying either it was still proces...

Stimulus paycheck? Do i still get it if i paid no taxes?
I sent my US taxes over a month ago and have heard nothing back at all. I hope they got it. I live in Canada, but do i still qualify? The IRS site is a bit skechy about that.

Hey Nelsona, yeah actually i did that. For some reason, it said i owed 1200 before i did the rrsp section of my taxes which is odd because it means somehow enough taxes didn't get taken out, but ive been working for the same company and my pay is pretty much in line with what i was making last year....

Well when i moved here 3 years ago, i had a loan on my camaro. I don't get how you can still pay the loan when they need the title and to get the title you need to pay off the loan because Canada Takes the title and you get a registration card, at least thats how it is in Quebec. I was forced to pay...
