Does the TD F 90-22 need to be filed if none of your bank accounts have 10k or more in it at any time? I have quite a few accounts but none of them have 10k in them, but they add up to over 10k so what do i do?

My accounts have reached over 10k this year in foreign accounts, and i have never used the tdf 90.22 form or the 8891. My wife gave me a few spousal rrsps in 2007,2008. Hey Nelsona, yeah actually i did that. For some reason, it said i owed 1200 before i did the rrsp section of my taxes which is odd because it means somehow enough taxes didn't get taken out, but ive been working for the same company and my pay is pretty much in line with what i was making last year....
