I am a Canadian Citizen from birth. I lived in the USA from 1980 to 1993 and I was a permanent resident (green card holder) starting in late 1986. In 1993, I moved back to Canada. While in the USA, I always filed my 1040. I also filed for the year 1993 and the year 1994. I have not filed since 1994....
