If I am a resident of Canada then should I mention my departure and arrival date on T1 where is asks "if you became or ceased to be non-resident of canada..."

I am confused now !

I stayed in USA for 76 days with no primary ties to Canada... Doesn't that make me non-resident? In USA I will be anyway non-resident Alien and file 1040NR?

So, if I am a resident of Canada then my move to ON-USA would be eligible?

(1) I became non-resident from April-July 2016 so income earned in the USA should NOT be declared in line 104 but do I have to declare elsewhere? World wide income ?

Ontario to USA in the end April 2016

USA to Quebec in Mid July 2016

As you said I don't have to declare my W2 income. But I am becoming Canadian resident again in Quebec in the same tax year. Does that require me to declare my w2 income?
