I am a Canadian citizen working in the USA for an US employer on a TN1 visa e to as a Contract employee. My employer requires me to give them a completed W-8BEN form for each monthly salary. I do not pay any US taxes. I pay my Canadian taxes. Do I have to pay any US taxes?
