I also have well over $100K in Canadian tuition credits. I assume it could be applied towards a RSP withdrawal in my 2015 taxes. This could make a difference between withdrawing in Canada or in the US.

Also: My Canadian income so far this year is 0, though I expect to get about $80K US for the remainder of the year in the US.
