Trying to do US taxes on Turbo Tax, do I put my EI income under 1099-G on form 1040? It is asking for a US address?

I believe 25% was withheld from EI, I am quite sure they know I am in the US from what I had to fill out, and I couldn't get EI until I sent them a copy of my EAD card.
