I am working on TN visa since 2006. When i moved to US in middle of 2006 I filed Canadian tax and and US tax seperately in 2007(for 2006).
After that I have only filed in US.
I have no residential ties with Canada since 2006(my wiife moved with me and kids were born in US) and at this point still ...
