Thank you Nelsona for you fast reply.

I know in Canada if you relocate more than 40km towards your work place away from your past home you can claim moving expenses. So you mean my situation can not be applied here?

Hello, I'm a Canadian citizen. In 2013 I worked for 3 month in USA on TN status. In USA I had a W2 and I paid tax, medical and EI. In Canada in the same year, I had income form investments. Obviously, for Tax purposes I am countable as A Canadian citizen who has to pay taxes in Canada and I will pay...
