I work for a Canadian employer, but spent 221 days working in Michigan last year. My corporation did not withhold any taxes, or subsequently supply me with a W2. Am I required to have a W2? Can my Canadian employer even provide me with a W2?

Thanks for your reply, My company did not withhold any funds from me. Though, I do know that this will pose a cash flow issue for me, do you know if their is any repercussion for the company?
