Potential to work on two jobs under H1B and TN visa

Working with H1B (with 140 just being approved), currently on 30 hr/wk part-time schedule with my current employer, now I have another full-time job offer, can I accept the offer and work on two jobs? and 2nd job would start with a TN application.

Thanks Nelsona, so we can transfer to RRSP from Roth 401 K with no withhold, right?
Also we can only contribute up to 5500 each year to it.

Hi Forum, We are Canadian currently on TN visa , during last 12 months, we max. our 401K contribution based on IRA limit, but after did bit of research on what to do in the future, seems we would be likely transfer it to RRSP , so 25% withhold. Compare to tax saving is less than 20%, are we doing it...

Sell propoerty in US when in US

We are here in US on TN visa -start last August, plan to sell our investment property in US (Arizona) this year, do we still need to pay 30% withhold for capital gain? and how would it impact our US and Canadian tax returns?

nelsona,thanks Good points on CCA . If we decide to sell main residence before move, not sure how it would be taxed. I will go to south 1st, see this May to start work, my wife and child will join me this Septempber, so plan to sell the house in August or July. So capital gain is tax free in canada ...
