Thank you
Do you happen to know where I send the completed certificate of compliance application? I can’t seem to find it online. It is for Manitoba. Would it be to your local CRA office?
Thanks

I have a lot of the bills, but over the years many more bills have faded or gone missing. How do I claim the renovations for...

Limitation of benefits form for RRSP
I am a Canadian residing in the US. ( I have dual citizenship). The financial institution where I have my RRSP sent me a limitation of benefits form to fill out. What is this for? It says I have to fill out so I won’t get increased taxes taken out down the road. Thanks in advance.

Deceased spouse and rrsp
I am a Canadian with dual American citizenship. My husband and I have been permanent residents in US for 20 years. My husband recently passed away and has an RRSP in Canada. I would like to keep RRSP as is but transfer to my name. Not cash in but rollover. What are my options? Thx

Re: Non resident of Canada sold property in Canada
Thank you for your reply. Yes this is my only Canadian income. That is what I thought about only claiming the sale money and not world income. I was doing it on TurboTax and the provincial automatically came up. Thx!

Selling land in Canada, how does it affect US taxes
Question 1:My father is selling his farm in Canada and wants to give the money to my husband and myself who live in US permanently. What implications does this have on our US taxes? Do we have to claim the amount and if so, under what? Question 2: If you own land in Canada and sell it, how does this...

Inheritance
Inheritors pay no tax on inheritance, in either US or canada from estates from any country.
Thx. Do you know what form I use to claim it on my taxes? Do they need proof that it is an inheritance?
