Good points!! but I too need to know how to backfile 8891s. I filed the first time in 2011, but now realize I should have back filed to 1998 to protect my rrsps. Is it too late to fix this problem? I never had enough earned or unearned income to file a 1040, that is why I never knew about the 8891. ...
