It seems like when one gets 40 credits for medicare from working in the US then the person automatically will have 40 credit from the US work as well. I am from Ontario. my former company in Ontario told me that their company pension fund was set up under Ontario law. Does that mean if I trsfer it to a bank under LIRA that can not be broken??
