Alright, I did some more reading, and you're right. The existence of a TFSA during 2010, 2011, and 4 days of 2012 are really going to haunt me. Ok, I have withdrawn and closed my TFSA. I am also about to mail off my 2010 T1 adjustment.

Now my only question is with regard to the IRS. What do I need to do to correct my filing here in the US? Is there a US equivalent to the a T1 adjustment?
