Sorry, That was mistake, I just refreshed this page.
What is MFJ 1040, I just found 1040NR.
It's said that I cannt claim the standard deduction on 1040 NR.
Is that right? (yes/no question, it's more clear for me)

Non-business income tax paid to a foreign contry should be:
Fed tax + state tax + social security tax + medicare tax

is that right?

I have 16k RRSP amount, I want to estimate how much it's better to use for reducing my tax. Before the end of Jan I have to buy RRSP, if not it will be late.
Could you give me any suggestion about how to estimate it?

If I am resident in Canada, I still can buy RESP, right?
