RESP REPORTING - FORM 3520

As I emigrated from Canada in 2011, this will be my first US tax return. Am I required to report contributions to a RESP if I am only a contributor; not the owner or beneficiary?

I am a Canadian now living in the US, still undergoing the immigration process but have received my Employment Authorization Card and Early Parole.

When am I able to bring my furniture and effects from Canada to the US?

BTW, if I have to pay US taxes (federal or state) on my pension, do I pay this on a quarterly basis?
