Is income averaging available for capital gains incurred on the sale of farm land ?
If the proceeds are due over a five year period can the can be recognized over the same period ?

FBAR penalties and soft disclosure
Has [color=red]ANYONE[/color] in Canada had first-hand experience with penalties being assessed on delinquent filed FBAR reports filed via soft disclosure ? Does anyone know for certian of anyone who were assessed penalties on delinquent filed FBAR reports ?

Mutual Funds within RESP
I can't work my head around this...If I have mutual funds within a RESP do I complete 3520 and\or 8621 ?
