Hi, Thanks for these forums - they're awesome - I will very likely be contacting your firm to help me with my returns next year! I am a Canadian citizen moving to Texas on a TN visa in a month. I intend to meet first choice requirements as a US resident alien this year, and rent my house in Toronto....
