1) file jointly
2) file 1040NR
3) file 1040NR using XXV

Is that right?

I found I made a mistake in my original input. The tax return that my husband filed is 1040A instead of 1040NR. He lived and worked in US the full year in 2009 and didn't have income from Canada. I worked and lived in Canada in 2009. Sorry about the mistake. Under this ...
