RRSP under 2002-23 vs From 3520

Hello,

Here's my situation : While being a US resident, I made contributions and transfers to RRSP plan on a couple different years and also on one year, one RRSP got cashed out.

I'm trying to declare/repair all that by making 1040x's and the election under 2002-23. While reading the RP 2002-23 ...

Nelsona, I'm in the same boat... I just found out about RRSP
requirement to file TDF9022.1. I've been delinquant for ~10 years.
(I was misinformed by IRS years ago... but let's not go there).

Do you still recommend I only do 2004 (NOW) ?
What are the pros & cons of only doing 2004 vs doing all ...

Hello, I'm a first time user ! This is a great forum !
So I'm a US resident with Canadian type CD (Certificates of Deposit)
<$10,000 (2003) & >$10,000 (2004).

Do I need to file form 3520 on contribution & interest earned ?

Note that I've been simply declaring interest on 1040-Sched.B.

It is not ...
