TN Visa term
Everywhere on the Web TN visa is referred to as having 1 year term. I came accross few posts where it was saying three years. Was it recently extended to three years?

TN, B1 and Taxes
I understand that it doesn't matter if you are on B1 or TN visa, taxation is different subject. You can face taxes or be exempt as B1 or TN. You can enter on TN and still be subject to US-CAN tax treaty and be excempt. Is this correct?

Thanks Nelson! Yes, I knew I am not subject to US tax, but I wasn't sure if I am not subject to withholdings. So for example I could be loosing 10, 20, 30 % of every pay and then submit return to IRS to get it back. But apparently what you are saying is there will be NO withholding and NO TAX. In ot...
