As a US resident.
If I incur the 25% RRSP Non-resident tax for a withdrawl, could that be used to offset US tax owing?
For simplicity let's assume there's no capital gain.

Cancel/Reverse RRSP payment?
I know you can defer a RRSP indefinitely. Can you also cancel/reverse a RRSP?
I.e. Claim no deduction and not be taxed on withdrawl?
