Hello, I am hoping someone can answer the following question. I returned to Canada couple of years ago but did not file a W8BEN with my US Brokers. Right. Wife moved permanently back to Canada at the end of 2002.

Yes, I was a commuter for those years spending most of the weekends in Canada while working in the US.
