TD F 90-22.1

When completing the form 90-22.1

do you include Line of Credit accounts or credit cards that are open in Canada? ( i will be closing them soon, but report for 2008 yr)

First thought would be no, as they never paid me anything. I just wanted to clarify on this board.

I received a lump sum excess reimbursement from in 2008 of $3216.72 This was a plan from my previous employer which i left in 2007. I am still in my 30's so i am not receiving a monthly pension. from my understanding the basis of TN Visa is that you are a Canadian Resident working in the US. If I file a 1040 would that not imply i am a resident? would that affect me when crossing back and forth CBP. What if i did not file for my RRSP last year, what are the effects?
