Moved to US...how to completely pay off HBP

Hi, I moved to the US and had 11000 left on my HBP. I put in $4636 in RRSPs, and thus have 6364.00 left. It says on the website to put it as income to pay it off, but I don't know exactly how to designate it so Revenue Canada would know that that is what it would be for. How would I do that? Thanks!
