Sorry I missed your question earlier. No I was not issue a T4 for canadian income in 2013. My first paycheck in canada came in Jan 2014. So , all my w2 income for 2013 is only in US.

I am canadian citizen returning back to Canada after working for many years in US. Worked in US all year till dec 14th 2013. All my income is in US .
