Canadian Citizen TN visa in US, how to use treaty?
My husband works in Detroit and commutes daily to WIndsor, ON. In past years we have filed 1040 NR. I was wondering how the treaty affects his taxes.

My husband received a 1099-b form and I do not know how to deal with it.
