When we can not apply for TN any more ?
If my company has applied for I-140, will it be a problem for issuing TN visa or once I-485 has been submitted, only then it presents as intent to immigrate and officer will deny TN visa

Hello All: I have seen posts where people talk about recapturing H1-B time spent outside of US. I have about 3 yrs left on my H1-B. My company can allow me to stay in Canada and work remotely. I have RRSP account with value more than 10K and a chking account with less than 1500. Do I need to file TDF90-22.1 with RRSP account information ?
