When we can not apply for TN any more ?

If my company has applied for I-140, will it be a problem for issuing TN visa or once I-485 has been submitted, only then it presents as intent to immigrate and officer will deny TN visa

Please advise

Hello All: I have seen posts where people talk about recapturing H1-B time spent outside of US. I have about 3 yrs left on my H1-B. My company can allow me to stay in Canada and work remotely. I can travel once a week in a month to US for meetings etc. Does it means I can extend my H1-B beyond 6 yrs...

Thanks for your response. Since i still have couple of yrs left on my H1-B, I will stick around and hopefully economy will improve and so will my portfolio. I hope new prez will increase limit of 3K cap loss to 10K !

Then what do I have to enter in 10 a thru 10 e. Do I need to provide details ?

I have GIC's in RRSP accounts which matured last yr and used all proceeds to purchase new GIC's.

Did you talk to IRS about this. I have missed reporting RESP's to IRS for last three years. Did you get any response from them

I can't imagine what kind of mess I am in. Will have to figure it out.

To file or not to file TDF90-22.1

Hello All

I have RRSP account with value more than 10K and a chking account with less than 1500. Do I need to file TDF90-22.1 with RRSP account information ?
