Do I Have to File Canadian Taxes?

Hi,

I am Canadian Citizen, working under TN status, in USA since 2003.


Since 2003, I have not filed any taxes in Canada. Even though currently, I am deemed resident for US tax purposes, do I still need to file taxes in Canada, even when I don't make any income there?
