Life should be straight forward, but it is not.... I must have called the consulate/embassy in Minneapolis as well as Washington DC, and they have no clue what is a naturalization certificate. Canadian Naturalization certificate
I m a Naturalized Canadian citizen since 2005 and in need of a Canadian Naturalization certificate. I presently live in USA on a GC.
Where and how can I get the Canadian Naturalization certificate. Please don't get confused with Citizenship card, as I already have that.

Settlememt money
I got a settlement from a car delaer in 2007 for amount of around $2000 to settle some issues. We signed the release papers and everything.
Do I need to add this money and apay tax on it? If yes,do I pay everything i.e Federal, medicare, state etc or just Federal.

Well that was the question itself. Well now its clear that it does not need any modifications. That means I can take this letter to Penn Dot and register my vehicle with a PA licence.
