As per the follwing article there may be some changes in withholding of 25% taxes on Canadian investements in 2008. Does anyone has more information on it ?

Brokers to handle RRSP in Canada ?
I am in a similar boat. Has anyone found a broker who can handle RRSP so that the funds can be invested differently (US$ denominated) ?
