Thanks! But I asked IRS but the rep told me I can't because it's not taxable income in 2007. He said the FTC or FTD are meant to prevent double tax. Is RRSP/LIRA subject to garnishment remedy from CRA
Will they go after me in USA for $5000 tax debt? it's difficult for me to fight with CRA from USA, and vice versa I think. But the problem is 9% compounding interest if CRA doesn't let it expire.
