Hi, I moved back in Canada at the end of 2008. I filled for 2008 a 1040 and Canada and Quebec taxs reports for the 2 weeks I was back. For 2009, I didn't found a job than I received all year US unemployement insurance and I'm still receiving it with all the extension. I was thinking to fill a 1040NR...

Hi,
I was on a TN visa and I was layoff. Now, I'm back in Canada but I can have US unemployement from WA state...Do I will need to fill a US tax report for 2009 if I receive unemployement this year? I will put everything I receive on my Canada and Quebec tax report for 2009.

But you're software should do it, no? Because when you do a Quebec tax report, it's a different Canada tax report (a credit for Quebec tax). :?
