Sponsoring parents after citizenship.

Hi all, One of my siblings just got his US citizenship. All three of us are here in the US, so we are thinking that he (bro) can sponsor my parents for a greencard, so they can come stay with us here, at least part of the time. Why, you ask? Long story - after we all moved away, my parents sold thei...

Thanks!

Thanks Nelson. I guess I did know that. I am not too worried about the India part, as I am not sure how anyone would even begin to follow up on anything in that quarter - I will just leave that be. But as long as I can create a legal and binding will that is valid in US and Canada, we should be fine...

Working for Canadian employer on dependant visa

I tried searching the previous forum for this information, but could not find it. My company had hired a Canadian on H1B who moved here with his wife and kids. The wife worked in PR in Canada, and I think most of her work was remote work from home, so she looked after her kids as well. Well, she had...

OT - Will and Trust software

Hello, Please let me know if this is not the place to ask about Wills and Trusts... somehow seems realted (after all, its all about the money and IRS, right?) In any case, we recently had a daughter, and wanted to "tie up" that loose end, but are reluctant to pay $1500+ for a lawyer. We ar...
