Hello, Several years ago in an unfortunate incident I was charged with (i) trafficking of a controlled substance and (ii) possession for the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance. The charges were "Withdrawn". Will I have a problem getting an H1-B visa? I am a Canadian citizen and ...
