Dang, I found it. It was out of numerical order in the tax return file, between line 40427 and 40500.
Not sure how that numbering order came into being. But, the problem is solved.

Form T2209 Foreign Tax Credits - whither line 42900?
As per the subject line, I can't find line 42900 in my tax return file, nor in form T2209. It's probably something very simple to solve, but after about 30 -45 minutes of searching online and in the forms themselves I'm drawing a blank. Any help would be appreciated!
