I live in San Diego California. I need to take photos for my certificate of canadian citizenship. I visited many placed and they all told me they don't take those kind of pictures (with white signature strip on the bottom). Does anyone know where I can get it done? Thanks

I didn't contribute or withdraw any RRSP in 2005 in Canada. All I have there is what I contributed from previous years and I never touch them. Do I still need to fill form 8891? Thanks.
