Thanks Nelson,

I did not know about Emirgrant process before,

I lived and worked for 4 different Countries so far and never reported my income to the other ones. (Canada is the first one asking for it !!!)

Hello, I am working in US from Nov 2004, and filed my 2004 taxes in Canada, but did not tell CRA that I left Canada. what if you don't pay Canada taxes?

I've red CRA tax penalty 5% on the amount I owe and 1% compound on each month up to 12 month So basically I will be chared around (17-20%) in case I get caught. Is there more penalty? or imprisonment? I want to know what was the highest penalty so far that somebody was charged in the canadaian court...

I had few ties (wife and children) in Canada till end of June 2005. When I said I have no tie, I ment no ties right now, sorry if I was not clear.

You still did not tell me that my simplified way of tax diffrence calculation is correct? (approximatly)
