It looks valid, they're LLC treated as an S Corp, so I agree you shouldn't have to issue them with 1099-MISC. I had the issue similar to this while preparing to issue the W-2's. Using TaxAct and have no clue how to force to calculate the benefits correctly, got the template from PDFfiller https://fillable-form-w2.pdffiller.com/ No clue, maybe it's the template thing
