Two employers = Two form 2555-EZ ?

Two employers = Two form 2555-EZ ?

Subject line says it all:
If I had 2 employers (in Canada), do I file two 2555-EZ with my 1040?
Or is it okay to file only one Form 2555-EZ (and squeeze in both employers names and addresses on lines 6 and 8 of Part II)?
