3250/A TFSA - type of entity of EIN application

Hi

When applying for an EIN for use with 3250/A what is the type of the entity (part 9a of the SS-4 form) ?

One of the choices provided on the form for the type of entity is "Trust". However in the instructions for the SS-4 form the other types of entity are described but not the trust type!
