I am not an Economist, but I am aware of our economic status today. With these loopholes, the resourceful can save cash by exercising tax exemptions. Considering that the tax rate actually declines when annual income exceeds $1.5 million, there's definitely something at work. It's how the rich avoid taxes through https://personalmoneynetwork.com/.

Most Americans are honest and work, two jobs if they need to, and pay taxes. The tax dollars belong to the people. When the economy is so bad that people can't find work, are the rest of us supposed to sit around and watch people starve and become homeless? Not if you have compassion for people and not if you understand economics. A healthy, educated and skilled country of people prospers. Get that 47% number out of your head, the 'lazy' and 'wanting free stuff' group of people are far fewer than that. Besides, helping someone and caring are not on the book as crimes.
