FBAR Question

Post by Toronto_Guy »

I have 3 bank accounts joint with my father(non US person) & wife(non-resident for 2014).The income in one of the account does not belong to me or my wife. I called in FBAR they told me that I do have a financial interest since my name is there on account & i have signing authority. I would like to know that do I need to include income of the account in my 2014 tax return, even tough it does not belong to me, my father has T4 slips to prove that the income belong to him. ?
