I have accepted a job at a US firm and will be applying for TN visa shortly.
I will be working at my new firm's client sites 60% of my time with all the sites being in the US. However I will still be living in Canada and working from home for the rest of this time. At no time will I be working for any Canadian clients.
My understanding is that I would file a US tax return first and then Canadian return applying for a foreign tax credit.
My salary will be in the 110K - 130K USD range.
Am I correct in my assumptions?
TN Visa. Working in US but reside in Canada

I forgot to mention that the new employer wants me to fill out a i-9 form as well.
