TN Visa - S-Corp or some thing else - California

HI There,
I am working in US (TN visa) and working as an Independent Contractor thru my Canadian small business company (June 30, 2011 to May 30, 2012). Now I want to setup a corporate structure in California for new contract that starts Jun 1st 2012. Am I eligible to incorporate S-Corp, if not what's the best one ?

If you are CND you can not inc an S corp but you could Inc a C corp

although am a Canadian Citizen but am American resident for tax purposes.. Even then C-Corp is the only option and not S-Corp ..
