EDD form

I'm relocating from Canada to California soon. My employer asked me to fill in EDD and W-4 forms for the tax purpose. I just got a question about the "Additional Withholding Allowances", the 1st item in Worksheet B asks me to "Enter an estimate of your itemized deductions for California taxes for this tax year as listed in the schedules in the FTB 540 form", would anyone be able to advise how I should estimate this item?

My status is married with two income sources.
