So MAT leave is ok regardless of being on TD status?
Employer is currently running me on Full Time payroll, no scope to make it as a contractor. Is being contractor a solid requirement ?

Thanks DaveM. Yes, was told verbally by a tax accounting firm that deals in international taxes - that as the primary form 3520 is due with regular taxes / April.
